Milla Benavidez is an Associate Attorney whose practice is dedicated exclusively to family law. She combines strong legal knowledge with a genuine understanding of the personal challenges clients face during some of the most difficult transitions in their lives.

Milla earned her Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2024, where she was named to the Dean's List every semester. Prior to law school, she earned her bachelor's degree in Finance from California State University, East Bay. During college, Milla competed in public speaking and debate at both the national and international levels, developing the communication and advocacy skills that continue to serve her clients today.

While attending law school, Milla worked full-time as a legal assistant at a family law firm serving clients throughout the Tri-Valley area. In that role, she gained hands-on experience with a wide range of family law matters and developed a practical understanding of the legal process from both the attorney's and the client's perspective.

This unique background has shaped Milla's approach to advocacy. She recognizes that family law matters are often deeply personal and emotionally complex, and she is committed to helping clients navigate those challenges with compassion, clear communication, and practical guidance. She works closely with each client to pursue solutions that align with their goals while supporting the long-term well-being of their families.

Outside of the office, Milla enjoys exploring San Francisco on weekend adventures, spending time outdoors with her husband and their son, reading, discovering new restaurants, and tackling crossword puzzles.
