Ania Bednarczyk has never been one to shy away from the difficult aspects of life. While in law school, Ania began assisting counsel appointed by the California Supreme Court in death penalty cases prior to becoming a family lawyer. Ania’s professional development was unusual in that she began working on these high stakes cases at the outset of her career.

Ania Bednarczyk has practiced family law exclusively since 2014, and has been a licensed lawyer since 2011. She believes that the most effective advocacy requires a mastery of the case facts and a strong collaboration with the client. She finds that the most effective lawyers are courteous, civil and well organized - and that these traits often facilitate persuasive advocacy both in and out of the courtroom. Ania balances sensitivity to her clients’ needs with the objectivity needed to argue successfully on their behalf.

Ania Bednarczyk has a reputation for thorough research and diligent preparation of each case, and for upholding the highest professional ethics. Ania has experience litigating and settling cases dealing with the following issues: domestic violence, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division and attorney’s fees issues. She tries to help her clients resolve their cases outside of court when possible. Ania’s skill as an advocate is reflected by her receipt of multiple awards.

When not practicing law or refining her advocacy skills, Ania enjoys live music, swing dancing and poetry.
