Before graduating from The University of San Francisco School of Law, Anika’s journey in family law began in 2014 at the Solano Legal Access Center (SLAC), where she interned as a Family Law Facilitator, aiding self-representing individuals. She further honed her expertise as a judicial extern for the Family Law Division at San Francisco Superior Court and Contra Costa County. Before admission to the State Bar, she gained invaluable experience as a family law paralegal.

With a diverse background in family law, Anika has amassed considerable knowledge in the dissolution of marriage and parentage actions, encompassing child custody, child and spousal support, discovery, and post-judgment matters. She is skilled at handling contested court appearances, domestic violence restraining order trials, and settlement conferences. Her dedication and skill have earned her a place on the Super Lawyers 2024 Northern California Rising Stars list, an honor given to only 2.5% of regional attorneys.

Anika is actively involved in the legal community. She regularly participates in and has lectured in Continuing Legal Education programs for legal professionals. She has also taught family law for San Francisco State University’s paralegal program.

A native of the Bay Area, Anika is as passionate about representing her clients as she is about debating the best Netflix series to watch. She enjoys planning staycations with her family and friends and cooking in her free time.
